You will further develop your design practice plus gain crucial training in the industry of screen and media. The course reflects the role of media designers who have a command of wide-ranging, highly specialized technical, creative and conceptual skills and knowledge in visual communication. It gives you the broad base necessary to move ahead in the art, design, screen and media industries.

Course overview

Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media will give you the skills required to work within this creatively inspiring sector. You will develop a greater understanding of screen and media production, editing, storyboarding, storyline development, graphic design software, compositing, and animation.

This course is delivered as part of a sequence, beginning with CUA51015 Diploma of Screen and Media.

It will provide you with the specialized knowledge to operate individually or collaboratively within the video editing, design and visual effects industry. Technology is redefining the screen and media landscape and you will actively obtain the advanced skills necessary to contribute to this evolving design sector.
