Student Houses at Lexis English are within walking distance of school, have Wi-Fi connection and are fully self-contained with linen, crockery, kitchen utensils, appliances and laundry facilities all provided by Lexis.

There will be a refundable bond corresponding to the cost of 4 weeks of accommodation, as a guarantee for damages to be paid upon arrival.

Junior students staying in the residence need a guardian who will be contactable in the event of an emergency during the duration of their stay.
Student One has strict curfews for the juniors and they have a set of rules that must be followed. In order to book the accommodation, 2 weeks' deposit plus the cleaning fee and linen has to be paid upfront after 48 hours from the booking.
